WebI still strongly believe that farming clusters is the quickest way, not only because 1 cluster = 5 fragments, but also because you farm fragments in the meanwhile as mobs drop them. In addition, if you are farming for your relic it is a win-win situation as you will farm fragments, clusters and memories. I'm not saying farming elementals is bad.
