WebAug 19, 2024 · When I first started my mod, I had many provinces outside of states, strategic regions, and with no country therefore. I quickly discovered (was told) that those caused problems. It loaded, but wasn't playable long term. So I am guessing it's just too many unowned states or the use of a non-tag "---" is causing the immediate crash. WebNov 15, 2024 · I have NO idea.
