Maybe 27-30c. There is no way that's adding 20c to your GPU temp. I always advocate for front mounted rads as an overclocked CPU is in my experience far harder to cool than an overclocked GPU. I would consider pulling the gpu and checking for dust bunnies.

I followed a YouTube guide to overclock it about 2 years ago and never messed with it, since in almost every game i got decent temps. I turned the voltage all the way down in GPU Tweak II and still managed a decent overclock and RDR2 has barely gone passed 70C after 20 minutes of gameplay. WebDec 27, 2024 · Yesterday and now today I have noticed that the Idle Temp of my GPU is 47*c while my CPU is at 31*c. Now usually, even with my 980ti's in SLI, my idle temp was always around 35*c. Now there is no load and I have the most current drivers installed. I used DDU to remove them and installed after downloading them again. Still high idle temps.
