WebI typically do eat pretty balanced food and have a premier protein shake as my daily “treat”. Nausea hits me by day 3 too and I’m good the rest of the week. I was thinking it was my hormones but it seems to be weekly. I think I should up my water intake. Even though I only drink water or black coffee, I still don’t drink enough water, I’m sure. WebAt one point I managed to exclude any sugar that wasn’t naturally occurring in fruit & veg, and this lasted probably 6 months. I’d have coffee made at home with no sugar, hot lunch with mostly protein & veg, an apple in the afternoon and sometimes a home made protein/fibre bar which had no sugar, chocolate or artificial sweeteners.
