Web10 dec. 2024 · The manual for the motherboard states the M.2 slot is controlled by CPU1 as a PCIe device that supports NVMe. I did notice when I set the SATA controller to RAID it shows up in the advanced section of the BIOS, but when I go in there it only shows the 3 SATA drives on the board, not the NVMe SSD Web31 jan. 2024 · New Board is an ASUS X299 Deluxe. In the BIOS I can see both the M2 Drives I've installed. IN windows only the 1Tb drive installed in the first M2 slot, while the 2nd 2Tb drive doesn't appear. My Mac tried to install 10.11 when I tried Command-R, but installs 10.20 when using Option-Command-R which has NVMe support. –

I know that a lot of motherboards don't support it yet, but given that the drive shows up in the OP's BIOS I'm assuming that the motherboard is compatible.
